This Privacy Policy explains what personal data ASINLYTICS (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. It applies to visitors to this website and to people who contact us or request our services.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, or that is needed to keep the site secure. Specifically:

• •Information you submit through our forms — such as your name, company, email address, website, Amazon marketplace, account type, revenue range, your message, and any documents you upload.
• •Consent records — the fact and time that you ticked a consent box, kept as proof of your consent.
• •Security data — limited technical data processed by our spam-protection tool (see the Cookie Policy) to tell humans from bots.

We do not run advertising networks, behavioural tracking, or analytics profiling on this site, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

2. How and why we use your information (legal bases)

Under the EU/UK GDPR we rely on the following legal bases:

• •To respond to your enquiry or service request — on the basis of your consent and/or taking steps to enter into a contract at your request.
• •To deliver our consultancy services — on the basis of contract performance.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers (“processors”) that help us operate the site and respond to you:

• •Web3Forms — processes and delivers our form submissions to us by email.
• •Cloudflare Turnstile — provides the anti-spam “I’m not a robot” check.
• •Google Fonts — serves the website’s typography (this may involve your browser requesting font files from Google).
• •Our email/hosting providers — used to receive and store your enquiry.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. International transfers

Some of the providers above may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where personal data leaves the EU/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see your rights below).

6. How we protect it

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and spam protection — to guard against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission is ever 100% secure, but we take your data seriously.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

ASINLYTICS does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of — but if this ever changes, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism here. To make any privacy request, email info@asinlytics.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

Categories collected (CCPA): identifiers (name, email), commercial/business information (company, website, Amazon account details you provide) and the content of your message. We collect these directly from you to respond to your enquiry and provide services. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics.

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask you to verify your identity before we act.

Terms of Engagement

ASINLYTICS provides Amazon consultancy and advisory services. Any engagement is subject to a separate agreement setting out scope, fees and responsibilities.

Our recommendations are based on the information and access you provide and on how Amazon’s systems and policies operate at the time. Amazon may change its systems, policies and case outcomes at its own discretion.
